This is a joint venture that has participation from one of the leading companies of India, the Bharti Telecom Ltd. Bharti Telecom Ltd. owns 40 percent of the equity shares; the Casio parent company owns 51 per cent equity shares, while the rest are owned by the Japanese company Mitsui & Co, Ltd.
